Cheesy and creamy. They’ll beg you to make it again!
What you’ll need:
1 egg
½ c mild cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c Velveeta, cut into very small cubes (less than ¼ inch)
½ c heavy whipping cream
½ tsp season salt
1 Tbl flour
1 Tbl butter, melted
16 oz elbow macaroni noodles
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine egg, cheddar cheeses and whipping cream. Stir to combine. Add season salt and mix well. Stir in flour and butter. Fold in pasta. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and top with Velveeta, spreading it evenly across the top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.
