Very rich and very good.
What you’ll need:
½ c whipping cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp almond extract
Chocolate ice cream
Strong hot coffee
Beat whipping cream, sugar and extract on high until stiff peaks form. Place a scoop of ice cream in each mug and pour coffee over it. Top with the flavored whipped cream. Serve immediately. Makes 4 cups.
