You can fill these with fruit, whipped topping, cream cheese or anything you like. They are really good.
What you’ll need:
1 c flour
2 eggs
½ c milk
½ c water
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbl butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. gradually add in milk and water. Stir well. Add the salt and the butter and beat until smooth. Heat oil on a griddle or in a skillet over medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using about ¼ c for each crepe. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to even it out. Cook the crepe 2 minutes or until the bottom side is light brown. Turn and cook the other side. Serve hot. Makes about 8 crepes.

Oh this sounds delicious! I love crepes and never tried to make them because I thought it would be too hard, but this doesn't seem hard at all. I think I'll try it and and some fruit with them.
