So easy!
What you’ll need:
½ c butter
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
6 Tbl cocoa
½ c flour
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer. Blend in cocoa and flour. Add eggs and mix well. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool. Frost brownies. Makes about 20 squares.
Easy chocolate frosting
What you’ll need:
½ c butter
½ c sugar
1 Tbl cocoa
Mix together well. Refrigerate any unused frosting.
Variations: Add ½ c nuts. Top with warmed caramel ice cream topping.
