Garlic mashed potatoes

If you’ve ever eaten at a certain restaurant then you’ve had this dish. It truly tastes like that restaurants potatoes!

What you’ll need:

3 lbs unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
½ lb butter, at room temperature
3 oz grated Romano cheese
2 Tbl + 2 ¾ tsp chopped garlic
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp dried oregano

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 45 minutes. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well with a potato masher or an electric mixer.
