This classic taste takes me back to summer days as a child.
What you’ll need:
6 lemons
1 c sugar
6 c cold water
Cut lemons in half and juice, retaining 1 c fresh lemon juice. Combine juice, sugar and water in a gallon pitcher and stir until sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice. Makes 1 gallon.

Firmly roll the lemons between your hand and the counter top. The more pressure you put when rolling, the easier the juice is removed.
