Another great casserole.
What you’ll need:
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c butter, melted
72 (2 sleeves) Townhouse crackers, crushed
2 Tbl poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken, sour cream and soup together in a large bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl mix butter, crackers and poppy seeds. Put ½ the crumb mixture in bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Top with chicken mixture. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour. Serves 4.
