A different kind of cake that your kids will love.
What you’ll need:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (12 oz) can + 3 Tbl root beer soda
¼ c oil
3 large eggs
½ c powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. Combine cake mix, can of root beer, oil and eggs in a medium bowl. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cook cake for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Remove for pan and poke holes about every 2 inches around the top of the cake. In a small bowl, combine 3 Tbl root beer and powdered sugar and whisk to combine. Pour glaze over top of cake.
