Adds a sweet yet tangy flavor to meats or seafood.
What you’ll need:
½ c barbecue sauce
¼ c lemon juice
¼ c pineapple preserves
4 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp ground ginger
In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Use as a marinade for shrimp, pork, beef or chicken or for basting while baking or barbecuing. Discard any remaining marinade.
