What you’ll need:
½ c sweet onions, chopped
¼ c shredded Italian cheese blend
2 Tbl cream cheese, softened
1 Tbl mayonnaise
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tsp chives
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. Mix onion, cheeses and mayonnaise together until well blended and soft. Unroll dough but don’t separate the rolls. Firmly press the rolls together to make it like one big rectangle. Spread cheese mixture evenly over dough. Starting with a short side, roll up the rectangle and pinch edges to seal. Cut roll into 16 (¾ inch wide) slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with chives. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately removes from cookie sheet. Let cool 3 minutes. Serve warm.
