
What you’ll need:
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c shredded Colby cheese
2 (4oz) jars diced pimento peppers, drained
½ c Miracle Whip
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add more Miracle Whip if it’s not creamy enough. This recipe makes about 6 cups of pimento cheese. Keep refrigerated.

shredded cheese - Colby jack - $ 1.65
pimento - $3.00
miracle whip - $2.12
Total - $7.21
