I have an even easier recipe, 2lbs ground beef (or turkey), 1 large can tomato juice, 1 small onion chopped, and 2 cups of elbow macaroni.
ReplyDeletecook the noodles, brown the burger and onion, strain both, toss into the pasta pot, add tomato juice, salt and pepper to taste. Yummo!
That does sound good! :D
ReplyDeleteMy mom used to make this when I was young because of it's good taste and low cost.
ReplyDeleteIt is delicious!
