After baking nearly 1500 cookies this week, you'd think I'd have some good pictures and recipes for you... Well, I have some good recipes... And one picture that I was able to pull other pictures out of, like the one above. These cookies have a crisp outside and chewy middle and are simply delicious!
What you'll need:
- 1 c butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- ¾ c cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well blended. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, scraping down the sides of your mixing bowl often. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8 - 9 minutes. The tops of the cookies will get small cracks across them when they are done. Makes about 5 dozen.
